Core approach

Fidelity Institutional UK Fund is our core institutional UK equity product and is designed to suit investors with investment mandates seeking to outperform the FTSE All-Share Index by 1.5% pa with an appropriate level of active risk. The approach combines portfolios from a number of managers in our UK equity team. Blending complementary bottom-up styles allows the Fund Manager to target attractive risk-adjusted returns as well as consistency of active returns through differing market environments.

Higher performance approaches

For investors targeting a higher levels of outperformance, the Fidelity Institutional UK Specialist Fund is available. The fund aims to achieve outperformance of 2 – 3% pa from a portfolio that typically holds 40 to 50 stocks.

In addition, Fidelity's UK Aggressive Fund is offered to institutional investors through an institutional share class. The portfolio is relatively concentrated in high conviction ideas, typically holding 35 to 60 stocks.
