A client's relationship with Fidelity is headed by a Relationship Director, who is supported by a Client Services Manager. Together, they are responsible for delivering reviews on a client's overall portfolio, providing day-to-day contact on investment, administration and operational issues, and attending a client's annual review meeting. Our clients can be confident all aspects of account management, reporting, product and service analysis, and documentation are handled efficiently and on time.

For our clients with segregated portfolios, we are able to tailor all reporting to suit their needs specifically.

We also provide an award-winning secure online account information facility, FidelityView, which allows our clients to:
