Systems and services
We administer all of our DC plans in-house using a common administration platform that is fully integrated with our investment dealing system and we continuously invest in technology to ensure Fidelity remains in the DC industry forefront.
We publish a tailored administration manual outlining all of the procedures and responsibilities agreed with each client.
