Dedicated Relationship Director

A dedicated client manager is appointed for each plan who will provide comprehensive reporting services. All our relationship directors are highly qualified pensions professionals, with many years of industry experience and hold a variety of qualifications including FPC, IMC and APMI and they are supported by teams of specialists in each area of plan provision.

Clients will receive:

Client Administration Manager

We will also appoint a separate Client Administration Manager (CAM) to provide dedicated day-to-day administration support providing an additional contact point. The CAMs liaise with the operations and client management teams and are pro-active in addressing issues that can arise in the natural course of administering a pension scheme. Each CAM has broad ‘hands on’ experience in pensions administration and in dealing with pension related matters.

Dedicated Implementation Manager

Changing pension provider can be a daunting proposition, so a dedicated implementation manager will work with a client to ensure the smooth set-up of a plan. The implementation manager will meet with the client and any consultant to establish their service requirements, highlight any potential issues and prepare an installation plan that meets their timeframe.
