DC Helpdesk
Fidelity's dedicated DC Helpdesk, the Pension Service Centre (PSC), gives each member access to and control over their pension account. The PSC's representatives have relevant pensions and customer service experience and in over 95% of cases will be able to resolve member queries during the telephone call.

Account information and services
- Up to date account valuation
- Fund switching for existing balances and/or future contributions
Transactions
- Update employee personal details
- Transfers in and out

Literature requests
- One page factsheets are available explaining each of the funds, as well as a range of other factsheets, which focus on different pension topics in a straightforward manner.
Statement requests
- The member can request a statement over any period of time or get written confirmation of their current balance
- In addition the member will receive an annual report and benefit statement showing how the value of their pension account has changed over the year
